Keep their decision and the reason with the request. Confirm availability before changing a booking.\n\nA draft reply is not a sent message, and a suggested time is not a confirmed booking. "content": "# Make this front desk yours\n\nRead Eva’s request, check the booking and policy, then type your direction in the **Customer inbox** cell’s **Tell Daslab what to do…** box. **Draft reply** starts a real agent job and turns your instruction into a customer reply. You can edit the wording, return to the same case, and open the job to continue with your team.\n\nThe **Case record** cell keeps Eva’s booking, credit balance and your direction beside the conversation. It follows the selected conversation and updates when a draft is ready. Drafting leaves the booking unchanged.\n\nTry: “Tomorrow works. Let her keep the credit this once, and gently remind her about the notice period.”\n\nThe sample has no booking or messaging account. Its drafts offer the change without claiming it has happened. The replay shows how the connected flow can look.\n\nAdd your own policies and try:\n\n> Help me handle this request using our policy. Show what you can answer and what needs a member of the team.\n\nInvite your colleagues to the scene. Use their @username in a job to bring the right person into the conversation. In a group conversation, address @agent when you want Daslab to act on your direction. The front-desk composer does this automatically.\n\nConnect your messaging and booking tools when you are ready to handle real requests. Ask Daslab to set up that flow around your accounts.
